All items purchased on www.bikinilovers.it can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
The return request must be sent within 7 days from the delivery date to the following email address:
In response to your email, you will receive a link to request courier collection at the delivery address of your order.
Information to Include in the Return Request
Your return request must include the following information:
- Order number
- Shipping number
- First and last name of the order recipient
- Type of return requested: refund or store credit
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received:
- Unwashed
- Never worn
- With the original tags still attached
- Clean and compliant with the original conditions
Return handling and shipping costs, including any customs duties, are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedure
Once the return procedure has been started, the return will follow these steps:
- Shipment of the product to our warehouse
- Quality control and inspection of the item
- Return approval
- Refund processing or store credit issuance
In case of a refund, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited back to the original payment method after the request has been processed.
Available Options
1. Refund
In case of a refund, the return collection and handling service fee of €12 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
2. Exchange / Store Credit
In case of an exchange or store credit, the collection service is free of charge.
Once the item has been received at our headquarters and the return has been approved, a coupon code equal to the value of the returned bikinis will be sent.
The store credit will be valid for 1 year.

Return Shipping Method
Products must be returned in a shipping-appropriate envelope.
Boxes are not allowed.
Inside the package, you must specify whether you would like to receive a refund or store credit.
Please Note
Discounted orders cannot be returned for a refund. Only Store Credit can be requested.
Store credit cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are never refundable.
Returns of items that are dirty, used, washed, missing tags, or not compliant with the conditions listed above will not be accepted.
If the return cannot be accepted, our team will contact you. In this case, you may receive the product back by paying the related collection and shipping costs.
